Return & Exchange
Each piece is crafted and packed with care. Slight variations in form, color, or texture are natural to handmade products and are not considered defects.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Please email us at studio.mezzz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged piece and packaging.
3. Once reviewed, we’ll issue a store credit for the same value, valid for one year from the date of issue.
Exchanges are not applicable for reasons other than transit damage.
Store credit can be used on any future purchase from Studio Mez within one year. It cannot be redeemed for cash.
We appreciate your understanding — each piece is unique and made with intention, and we hope it finds a home that values its imperfections and charm.
